Sports To Watch On Television Today

Today is a light sports schedule, but there are still things to watch on this Thursday. There are only six games in MLB, but both the Dodgers and Angels are in action, finishing their respective series. Here's a look at today's television offerings:

↵

10 a.m.: 1978 World Series video (MLB Network)

↵

Even though the Dodgers lost, this is still worth watching, if only to see Bob Welch strike out Reggie Jackson. Then, you can renew your hatred of the Yankees after Jackson using his hip to cheat.

↵

10 a.m.: Angels at Indians, replay (Prime Ticket)

↵

If you want to see Hank Conger's first MLB hit, or Jered Weaver retiring 21 of the 22 batters he faced, check out the replay of last night's game this morning

↵

4 p.m.: Angels at Indians (Fox Sports West)

↵

Watch Ervin Santana and Fausto Carmona face off in the series finale at the former Jacobs Field in Cleveland

↵

7 p.m.: Dodgers at Giants (KCAL)

↵

This is the final battle with the hated rivals until next April 1. Ted Lilly and the Dodgers try to spoil the fun for Jonathan Sanchez and the Giants.
