Center fielder Trayvon Robinson was pulled from the Double A Chattanooga Lookouts game in Tennessee tonight in the third inning, after walking and stealing a base in the top of the inning. There has been no word yet whether or not Robinson was hurt or pulled as a precaution should he need to be recalled.
Robinson was pulled not long after Manny Ramirez left the Dodgers game in St. Louis, but as of now it is unclear whether the two incidents are related. Robinson is the only available outfielder on the 40-man roster should Ramirez need to be placed on the disabled list.
Other options for the Dodgers to replace Ramirez, if he does happen to go on the disabled list, include non-roster players Jamie Hoffmann, Jay Gibbons, and Trent Oeltjen, all in Triple A.
