The NFL has moved into Week 7, and here is a look at the television schedule for the Los Angeles market today. The doubleheader comes in the morning games, but the games to watch appear to be later in the day. Here are today's TV games:
↵10 a.m.: Pittsburgh Steelers at Miami Dolphins (CBS)
↵The Steelers have far and away the best scoring defense in football, giving up an average of 12 points per game. They travel to Miami to take on the Dolphins, who are 3-2 but 26th in the league in scoring at 17.8 points per game. Color this one black & gold.
↵10 a.m.: Washington Redskins at Chicago Bears (Fox)
↵The Redskins and Bears both try to rebound from losses in a battle at Soldier Field in Chicago.
↵1.p.m.: New England Patriots at San Diego Chargers (CBS)
↵The Chargers are winless (0-4) on the road, but undefeated (2-0) at home, and put that on the line today against the 4-1 Patriots. The game was close to being blacked out, but many Patriots' fans bought many of the 1,000 remaining tickets needed on Thursday.
↵5 p.m.: Minnesota Vikings at Green Bay Packers (NBC)
↵There will be a lot of talk about Brett Favre, playing in his old stomping grounds, but in reality this is a key game against two NFC North teams that have disappointed so far this season. The 2-3 Vikings and 3-3 Packers need to get their acts together pretty quickly.
