USC vs. UCLA reaction: Trojans fans embarrassed by loss to Bruins

Stephen Dunn

The most recent loss by the USC Trojans is leaving a bad taste in fans' mouths.

The USC Trojans lost to the UCLA Bruins on Saturday and with it went their chance at a Pac-12 title. This was a season that started with the Trojans as the preseason No. 1 team in the country and is ending like a nightmare no one saw coming. And now, part of that nightmare is a loss to their cross-city rival for the first time since 2006.

Like Conquest Chronicles says, "This was embarrassing, no way to sugarcoat it."

Conquest is already calling for the job of Monte Kiffiin due to the play of the defense and if the Trojans lose to rival Notre Dame, then they are also calling for the job of head coach Lane Kiffin as well.

It's gotten to that point.

"This defense is horrible...no secret there."

Conquest was flabbergasted at how the coaching staff was able to squander the level of talent on the Trojans' roster. So much talent and yet, continual losses to teams they should beat. It became too much about the name on the jersey and not about putting forth the effort the jersey deserved.
