Matt Kalil has seemed like a lock to go to the Minnesota Vikings for quite some time, but according to CBS Sports' Charley Casserly, the Buffalo Bills are interested in trading up for the top-offensive lineman in this 2012 class.
Per Charley Casserly on Twitter:
Buuffalo I am told would like to trade up to take Matt Kalil and will give up a second rd draft choice to do it.

This could be a move that shifts the tides a bit, though I don't foresee Washington to pass on Robert Griffin III to grab Kalil just to trade him for two picks later on, but who knows. Crazier things have certainly happened before, and Daniel Snyder is Daniel Snyder. This is likely going to be a deal with the Vikings though, that is of course if it happens.
Nevertheless, we'll have more on this story as it unfolds.
