The top of the Week 7 BlogPoll saw plenty of moving and shaking after a crazy weekend of upsets and big wins, but the USC Trojans didn't see too much movement in their own right in the poll, as the Trojans moved from No. 14 to No. 12 after beating the Utah Utes on Thursday.

Still leading the poll are the Alabama Crimson Tide, followed by the team USC is chasing in the Pac-12 in the Oregon Ducks. Five of the next six teams all moved up at least one spot, including the No. 3 South Carolina Gamecocks, No. 4 West Virginia Mountaineers and the No. 5 Florida Gators, who beat the Georgia Bulldogs, Texas Longhorns and LSU Tigers, respectively.

Due to the level of competition (Utah didn't receive any votes), it's understandable that USC didn't get more of a nudge in the rankings. In fact, the other team in the top 10 from the Pac-12 is the Oregon St. Beavers.
