Two of the top prospects in Florida are going to check out the Men of Troy. Is Lane Kiffin going to close with some monumental signings?
Nelson Agholor is considered one of the premier talents at his position at wide receiver, and could help lead USC right back to their glory days if he joins up with Robert Woods and Marqise Lee to become the main targets of Matt Barkley. It seems that Agholor is very much interested in what the Trojans has to offer, and will take an official visit there this final weekend before National Signing Day.
Tyriq McCord has already signed with the Miami Hurricanes, but he's also been getting the USC full-court press lately, and both are considered high-needs. McCord is at the coveted weakside defensive end position and could be marketed as the next Nick Perry, which is too compelling a sales pitch to miss out on.
Getting one of theses guys out of Florida would be impressive. Getting both would be a coup.
