The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall Of Fame will enshrine its 12-member, 2012 class Friday.
The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall Of Fame will enshrine its 2012 class on Friday in Springfield, Mass. The 12-member class includes some familiar faces out of Los Angeles, including Reggie Miller, Don Nelson and Jamaal Wilkes.
Miller, a five-time NBA all star who was born in Los Angeles and played at UCLA, and Nelson, the winningest coach in NBA history who as a player suited up for the Lakers, headline the class alongside three-time national college basketball player of the Ralph Sampson. Wilkes, meanwhile, has plenty of ties to Los Angeles, having played for UCLA, the Lakers and the Clippers.
When: Friday, Sept. 7. 6:30 p.m. ET/3:30 p.m. PT.
Where: Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, Springfield, Mass.
T.V.: NBA TV will provide coverage of the event.
