It's win or go home time for the Denver Nuggets. Can the Lakers finish them off in game five on Tuesday?
The Los Angeles Lakers need one more win against the Denver Nuggets to advance to the NBA's Western Conference semifinals. Sunday's 92-88 victory gave the Lakers a 3-1 series lead with the two teams meeting for game five in Los Angeles on Tuesday night.
Game five promises to be another close game between these two teams, considering it's a win or go home situation for the Nuggets. Sunday's game featured 16 ties and 18 lead changes, and was not decided until Steve Blake converted on a clutch three-pointer with 18 seconds left to seal the Lakers' victory.
