The Los Angeles Lakers would certainly like to have Kobe Bryant back in the lineup, but seeing that the Lake Show is taking on the short-handed and absolutely tanking Golden State Warriors Wednesday night, it seems like a good night not to have the Black Mamba push it too far.
Kobe's not playing tonight vs. Golden State, the 7th game he's missed because of a sore left shin. Lakers' next game is Friday at S.A.— Mike Bresnahan (@Mike_Bresnahan) April 19, 2012
Devin Ebanks will get the start at SG in his place.
"If (finishing ahead of the Clippers) was our goal, then we'd be trying to rush Kobe back, but the reality of it is, whether we finish first, second, third, fourth, fifth, it doesn't matter," said Brown. "I feel like this team is confident enough and good enough to win on anybody's floor."
