Kobe Bryant Out For Sixth Straight Game In Lakers Vs. Spurs

Stay connected for news and updates

The Kobe system remains shut down for yet another game. German engineering just isn't what it used to be!

Bryant is now sitting out his sixth straight game. The injury is the same: "tenosynovitis, left shin".

The Lakers have done alright without him, going 4-1, including four straight victories with Andrew Bynum, Pau Gasol, Ramon Sessions, Metta World Peace and Matt Barnes all stepping up in various roles. In fact they beat this same San Antonio Spurs team (beat 'em down!) by pounding the inside with Bynum and Gasol and getting great outside help from Barnes, World Peace and Sessions. LA knows how to beat San Antonio with or without Bryant in the lineup.
