The Dallas Mavericks are up big on New Orleans in the fourth quarter, so the task for the Los Angeles Lakers tonight is simple. Beat the Sacramento Kings, and the Lakers are the No. 2 seed, playing either Memphis (if the Grizzlies beat the Clippers) or New Orleans (if the Clippers win). If the Lakers lose Wednesday night to the Kings, the Lakers will fall to No. 3 and play Portland in the first round.
Here are tonight's starting lineups:
Lakers (56-25)
- Point Guard: Derek Fisher
- Shooting Guard: Kobe Bryant
- Small Forward: Ron Artest
- Power Forward: Lamar Odom
- Center: Pau Gasol
Kings (24-57)
-
Point Guard: Tyreke Evans
-
Shooting Guard: Marcus Thornton
-
Small Forward: Francisco Garcia
-
Power Forward: DeMarcus Cousins
-
Center: Samuel Dalembert
Tonight's game is televised on KCAL.
