Lakers Vs. Jazz: Game Time, TV Information, And More

The Los Angeles Lakers are off to just their third 0-2 start in the last 27 years, and look to avoid their first 0-3 start since the 1978-1979 campaign as they host the Utah Jazz at Staples Center in a nationally televised game Tuesday night on TNT. Here are the relevant details for Tuesday's game:

Records: Lakers (0-2), Jazz (0-0); Utah is playing its season opener, while the Lakers are playing their third game in three nights.

Location: Staples Center, downtown Los Angeles

Time: 7:30 p.m.

TV: TNT, with Kevin Harlan and Reggie Miller on the call

Home Sweet Home: The Lakers lost at Staples Center to Utah last April 5, but have generally owned the Jazz in Los Angeles for a decade. That loss snapped a 17-game home winning streak against Utah, including the playoffs, and the Lakers are 25-3 at home against the Jazz since 2001.

Tough Road: Utah is just 2-12 all-time when opening their season on the road.

Outside Shooting Woes: The Lakers have made just five of 32 three-point shots this season, including just one of 16 against Sacramento on Monday night.

Twelve Minutes at a Time: The Lakers have been outscored in six of eight quarters so far this season.
