Kings Vs. Predators: L.A. Opens 4-Game Road Trip In Nashville

The Kings have split two games with the Predators this season, with each team winning at home.

The Los Angeles Kings open up a tightly scheduled four-game road trip Tuesday night facing the Nashville Predators at Bridgestone Arena. The Kings will play four road games in a six-day span. Nashville has a point in each of their last 12 home games, one game shy of the franchise record, and is 10-0-2 in their last 12 home games.

The Kings are still dead last in teh NHL in scoring at 2.12 goals per game, but since acquiring Jeff Carter from the Columbus Blue Jackets the club has scored 13 goals in four games. "You look up and down the roster, and there's guys on every line here that can put the puck in the net," Carter told the Associated Press.

The Kings have won three of their last four games. They have split two games with the Predators this season, with each team winning at home.
