The Kings are 2-1-0 against Vancouver this season.

Anze Kopitar and the Los Angeles Kings continue their playoff push as they open a four-game road trip Monday night against Daniel Sedin and the Vancouver Canucks at Rogers Arena. The Kings begin play on Monday tied with the San Jose Sharks and Colorado Avalanche for the eighth spot in the Western Conference, but also find themselves one of four teams within a point of each other atop the Pacific Division.

The Kings had their six-game winning streak snapped on Saturday with a home loss to the Boston Bruins at Staples Center. Los Angeles was 15-14-4 when Darryl Sutter took over and the team is 22-12-8 under their new head coach.

"The team dug a hole on home ice early in the year and we've tried to win every game since then," coach Darryl Sutter told NHL.com. "Simple, that's pretty clear, right? That's what we've tried to do and it's a tough task and it's a big chore."

This is the fourth and final meeting this season between the Kings and the Northwest Division-leading Canucks, who trail the St. Louis Blues by two points in the battle for the top seed in the Western Conference. The Kings have beaten the Canucks in two of the previous three matchups, including a 3-2 shootout victory on January 17 in Vancouver.

Monday night's 7 p.m. PDT start will be televised by NBC Sports Network and Fox Sports West. For more news and information on Kings hockey, be sure to read Jewels From The Crown.
