Jack Johnson scored just 99 seconds into overtime, giving the Los Angeles Kings a 3-2 victory over the Philadelphia Flyers at Wells Fargo Center Saturday night in Philadelphia. It was the second game-winning overtime goal this season for Johnson, who did the same eight days ago against the New York Rangers in Stockholm, Sweden.
The Kings and Flyers split two games last season, with each road team earning a victory. The Flyers won in Los Angeles on December 30, and the Kings won 1-0 in Philadelphia on February 13.
