Dodgers Vs. Reds Game Preview: Dodgers Look To Stay Alive In Playoff Race

Stay connected for news and updates

The Los Angeles Dodgers look to stay in the playoff hunt on Saturday, taking on the Cincinnati Reds in Game 2 of their three game series. Los Angeles is two games behind the St. Louis Cardinals for the second NL Wild Card. The Reds entered the series with a chance to clinch the NL Central division title, but the Dodgers prevented that for at least a day with a 10-inning, 3-1 win on Friday night.

Stephen Fife (0-1, 2.49 ERA) will pitch for Los Angeles. He's winless in the four starts he's made since making his major league debut in July. Mat Latos (12-4, 3.76 ERA) will take the hill for the Reds. He only has two decisions in his last four starts, but he's gone at least six innings in each of them and they're all Cincinnati wins.

Game Time: 1:05 p.m. PT
Television Coverage: FOX
