Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Zach Lee is the No. 23 overall pitching prospect, according to Minor League Ball.

The 6'4 right hander from McKinney, Texas last pitched for the Class AA Chattanooga Lookouts of the Southern League. While there, he started 13 games, going 4-3 with a 4.25 ERA. He added 51 strikeouts against 22 walks in 65⅔ innings of work.

Also of note is down the list at No. 40, where right hander Allen Webster represents the Boston Red Sox. His placement on the list is significant, as he was acquired from the Dodgers in the trade that brought in slugger Adrian Gonzalez and involved nine players total.

The Dodgers will look to continue their effective pitching. They finished second in the National League in team ERA (3.34) and allowed the fewest hits (1,277) during the regular season, despite narrowly missing the 2012 postseason.

The Dodgers ended the season with an 86-76 record and fell two games short of the final wild card spot.
