Arizona Fall League: Dodgers' prospects get mixed results in 7-7 tie

Rafael Ynoa hit his second home run of the AFL, but the rest of the Dodgers' prospects didn't do so well.

The Dodgers' prospects played in a 7-7 tie between the Mesa Solar Sox and the Phoenix Desert Dogs in the Arizona Fall League on Tuesday.

Joc Pederson, Gorman Erickson and Rafael Ynoa went a combined 3-13. Ynoa brought the game to the tie when he launched his second home run of the AFL in the top of the ninth inning. Ynoa is hitting .353/.400/.618 with two home runs, a double and a triple.

Pederson continued to struggle in the AFL, going 1-5 with two strikeouts and a RBI in the tie. The outfielder is only hitting .103 and has gone just 3-29 in eight games so far.

Erickson was 1-5 with a double, a RBI and a run in the game. The catching prospect is hitting .278/.316/.333 through 18 at bats in the league.

Eric Eadington was the only pitcher to appear for the Dodgers in the game. He lasted two-thirds of an inning, giving up one run off of two hits to increase his ERA to 4.76.
