Gorman Erickson started at catcher for the Solar Sox and went 1-for-3 with a walk. He also scored two runs. Rafael Ynoa made another start shortstop and went 1-for-3 with a triple and three runs batted in. He is now batting .375 in the AFL.

Mesa will play the Surprise Saguaros at 12:35 p.m. PT on Saturday afternoon.
