Clayton Kershaw continued his stellar season, pitching eight scoreless innings on Thursday against the Brewers, leading the Los Angeles Dodgers to a 5-1 win in the finale of a four-game series at Miller Park in Milwaukee. It was the seventh win for Kershaw in his last eight starts, and it snapped a six-game winning streak by Milwaukee.

Rod Barajas homered in the second inning and had two hits on the day. Barajas has 11 home runs on the season, which is second on the Dodgers behind Matt Kemp's 28 bombs. The Dodgers open a series in Colorado Friday night against the Rockies.
