Milwaukee is 45-15 at home this season.
The Los Angeles Dodgers look to rebound from Monday's loss as they battle the Milwaukee Brewers in the second game of a four-game series at Miller Park. The Dodgers hit into four double plays and a triple play in Monday's 3-0 defeat, a one-run affair until the Brewers tacked on two runs in the bottom of the eighth inning. Chad Billingsley looks to rebound from a poor outing last Wednesday against the Phillies.
Billingsley was staked to a 6-0 lead against Philadelphia six days ago, but didn't last through the fifth inning in a game the Dodgers would eventually lose 9-8. Billingsley has been up and down this season, and his 10-9 with a 4.17 ERA. He has struggled of late with 10 walks and six strikeouts in his last three starts.
Yovani Gallardo gets the call for the Brewers, who are 45-15 at home this season. The right-hander is 13-8 with a 3.67 ERA this season. Milwaukee is 4-0 to start its homestand, and is a remarkable 17-2 in their last 19 games.
Tuesday's 5:10 p.m. PDT game will be televised by KCAL. For more news and information on the Dodgers, be sure to read True Blue LA.
