Stay connected for news and updates

The Los Angeles Dodgers, still able to operate under their own free will for a few more days at least until MLB takes over their day-to-day operations, has a game to play Wednesday night, as they host the Atlanta Braves at Dodger Stadium. Jon Garland starts for the Dodgers, while old friend Derek Lowe starts for the Braves. Here are tonight's starting lineups:

Braves (7-10)

Prado LF
Heyward RF
Jones 3B
McCann C
Uggla 2B
Freeman 1B
Gonzalez SS
McLouth CF
Lowe P

Dodgers (7-10)

Carroll SS
Blake 3B
Ethier RF
Kemp CF
Uribe 2B

Tonight's 7:10 p.m. PDT game will be televised on Prime Ticket. These two clubs finish their four-game series with an afternoon contest on Thursday. The Dodgers will wear powder blue throwback uniforms, an homage to an alternate uniform in Brooklyn in the 1940s, for the first of six occasions this season.
