Los Angeles Clippers Offseason: Grant Hill To Sign Two-Year Deal

Stay connected for news and updates

According to Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski, the deal with free agent forward Grant Hill will be for two years.

Hill will turn 40 prior to the start of the 2012-13 season but it'll be a young 40. Having played for the Phoenix Suns, Hill is in top health as the Suns' training staff is known for extending the playing lives of aging players. Also, Hill lost seasons of his career while with the Orlando Magic due to ankle injuries so his game number isn't as high as someone in at his age who played consistently throughout their career.

The Clippers can bring Hill on via sign-and-trade with the Suns or by using its bi-annual exception.

Hill averaged 10 points, three boards and two assists in 28 minutes per game for the Suns this past season.
