Clippers Vs. Grizzlies: L.A. Opens 5-Game Homestand Saturday Afternoon At Staples Center

The Clippers are 7-12 in their last 19 games.

The reeling Los Angeles Clippers return home on Saturday afternoon looking to snap their three-game losing streak against the Memphis Grizzlies at Staples Center. The Clippers are in the midst of a brutal March scheduled that will see them play 20 games in 31 days this month.

The Clippers (26-21) are 6-9 in March and 7-12 in their last 19 games after a 19-9 start that was one of the best starts in franchise history. Los Angeles hopes for some home cooking as their battle with Memphis opens a five-game homestand over the next eight days, with five winnable games that can vault the Clippers back into the Pacific Division race.

The Clippers are 15-8 at home this season, and their are 31-13 in their last 44 home games at Staples Center, dating back to last season.

Memphis (25-20) has lost two straight and four of their last five games, but have power forward and former Clipper Zach Randolph back after missing 37 games with a torn MCL. Randolph in four games since returning has averaged 15.8 points and 7.8 rebounds per game.
