Clippers Vs. Warriors: LA Looks To Reclaim Mojo On Road In Oakland

Chris Paul is the only player in the NBA averaging 18+ PPG, 8.5+ APG, and 2.0 SPG.

The Los Angeles Clippers suffered a fairly gnarly loss to the San Antonio Spurs on Saturday, but they'll have a chance to get the mojo back in a President's Day game against the Golden State Warriors at Oracle Arena in Oakland. The Clippers have won two straight against the Warriors, with the last victory on the NBA's Christmas opening day. The Clips are 33-61 all time in Oakland.

That Christmas Day game was Chris Paul's Clipper debut, and he demonstrated something then that he's demonstated all season: the ability to go into another gear in the fourth quarter. Paul scored eight of his twenty points in the fourth, including six straight points in just over a minute. The Clips lead 84-81 when Paul reentered the game in the fourth, and by the end they had won 105-85. Paul either scored or assisted on 17 of the Clippers final 21 points.

Caron Butler also scored his first double double as a Clipper in that game, scoring 11 points and racking up 10 rebounds. It was the 77th double double of Butler's career, and his first since Nov 6th, 2010.
