The Clippers will sign veteran forward Reggie Evans, as reported by Marc J. Spears of Yahoo Sports.
Evans is a journeyman free agent in his 11th season in the NBA, including stints with the Seattle Supersonics, Denver Nuggets, Philadelphia 76ers, and Toronto Raptors. He's hailed for his tenacious rebounding and has, during several points of his career, led the NBA in rebounds per minute.
The 6'8, 245 pound power forward played his college ball at Iowa, and over his NBA career, he's averaged 7.0 rebounds per game. Last season with the Raptors, while averaging 26.6 minutes a game over 30 games, Evans averaged 11.5 rebounds per contest.
