The Anaheim Ducks look to end a two-game losing skid on Monday night as they head north to battle the San Jose Sharks at HP Pavilion in San Jose. The Ducks have lost two straight games and five of their last six contests. Anaheim's playoff hopes are nearly nonexistent, as the Ducks (30-32-11) are 12 points out of a playoff spot with just nine games remaining.

"I think there's an awful lot of pride and character in that room, so I don't think you're going to see (us give up)," said head coach Bruce Boudreau.

The Ducks can, however, play spoiler for the Sharks (36-25-10), who at 82 points are in ninth place in the Western Conference, one point behind a three-way tie for sixth through eighth between Colorado, Dallas, and Phoenix. The Ducks are 3-1-0 against the Sharks this season, including a pair of 3-2 wins in San Jose.
