Ducks Vs. Wild Final Score: Corey Perry Nets Game-Winner For Anaheim In 2-1 Win

More: Perry and Hiller dominate in win

A goal by Corey Perry with 7:39 remaining in the third period proved to be the game-winner, giving the Anaheim Ducks a 2-1 victory over the Minnesota Wild on Tuesday night at the Xcel Energy Center. The win was the second straight for Anaheim, which improved to 2-0-1 on its eight-game road trip.

Perry, who had a hat trick on Sunday in Columbus, faked a shot to get free then beat goaltender Josh Harding to the inside at 12:21 of the final period, assisted by Luca Sbisa. It was the 27th goal of the year for Perry.

Niklas Hagman tied the game for the Ducks earlier in the period, with an unassisted goal at 8:17 of the third period. Jonas Hiller saved 17 of 18 shots for the win.

Anaheim outshot Minnesota 25-18 in the win.

The Ducks are 13-2-3 in their last 18 games. Minnesota has lost five straight games and is 5-16-5 in their last 26 contests. Anaheim continues its road trip on Wednesday night against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
