Ducks Schedule: Anaheim Hosts Colorado To Close Out 2011

The Anaheim Ducks are looking to put 2011 behind them and will be hosting Colorado this weekend to take on the Avalanche.

The Anaheim Ducks managed to snap both their four-game losing streak and their 13-game road losing streak on Monday night with an upset road win over the San Jose Sharks, but were right back in the loss column on Thursday night against the Vancouver Canucks.

This Saturday will wrap up a brutal three-game week for the Ducks, as they host the Colorado Avalanche at Honda Center. The Ducks remain in last place in the Pacific Division with a 10-20-6 record and a mere 26 points.

The Avalanche are currently in third place in the Northwest Division with a 20-18-1 record. The game against Colorado will start on Saturday, December 31 at 5:00 PM PT and will be televised on Prime Ticket. Anaheim will bid farewell to a dismal 2011 and hope that better things are in store for them in 2012.
