However, the puck squirted loose and Getzlaf poked it while bearing down on the Philly netminder. The disc trickled into the front right side of the net barely over the goal line, but neither referee signaled for a goal despite the Ducks celebrating on the ice. After a review by the replay booth, the goal was confirmed and the Ducks held on for the win.
