ESPN released their Western Conference Standings projections for the 2012-2013 season and they predict the Los Angeles Clippers will finish fourth in the conference and second in the Pacific Division.

The Oklahoma City Thunder held onto the top spot in the conference with the Los Angeles Lakers coming in at second in the conference, first in the Pacific ,and the San Antonio Spurs rounding out the top three.

The Clippers are projected to have a 50-32 record, the same as the Denver Nuggets.

The Clippers didn't have the splashy summer transaction like last season when they brought in Chris Paul, but they did add some significant pieces that will help them try to exceed their projection and get into the top three in the conference. Lamar Odom, Jamal Crawford and Grant Hill add veteran savvy, scoring and versatility to a team that gets Chauncey Billups back from injury.
