It's too little too late but Bradley seems to have settled in a bit, opting to try and counter Pacquiao instead of get in close and exchange. But later in the round, we get another skirmish, which as usual Pacquiao gets the better of. Bradley threw more punches in the 11th than Pacquiao, but he's just not landing anything that is slowing Pacquiao down.
