Pacquiao Vs. Bradley Undercard Results: Guillermo Rigondeaux Dominates Teon Kennedy In 5th Round TKO

Although he's done nothing but win since turning pro, hardcore boxing fans have been waiting for Guillermo Rigondeaux to excite them. On Saturday night in Las Vegas in opening the Manny Pacquiao-Timothy Bradley pay-per-view show, the former Cuban amateur star did just that. Rigondeaux moved to 10-0 (8 KOs) in defeating Teon Kennedy with a 5th round technical knockout to retain his WBA super bantamweight title.

Rigondeaux got off to a fast start, peppering Kennedy with quick combinations and dropping him twice in the first round. Kennedy (17-2-2, 7 KOs) was able to connect with just six of 40 power shots, but the story of the night was Rigondeaux's vicious left hand, which put Kennedy on the canvas five times altogether. Finally in the middle of the fifth round, the referee rightly called a halt to the action.
