Big West Leaders: Long Beach State has won 17 consecutive regular season Big West Conference games, dating back to last season. The streak is the third longest in 49ers history, trailing a 25-game streak from 1969-1972 and a 22-game run from 1972-1975.

Assist Man: Long Beach State point guard Casper Ware last Saturday became the second 49ers player with 500 assists in his college career. Ware enters Saturday's game with 504 assists, needing just four dimes to pass Billy Walker (1984-1987) for the most assists in Long Beach State history.
