Loyola Marymount Vs. Gonzaga: Game Preview, TV Time And More

After winning four straight games, the Loyola Marymount University Lions take their undefeated conference road record to Spokane, Washington to face the Gonzaga Bulldogs. Gonzaga is 12-1 at home and is sitting in second place in the West Coast Conference with a 9-2 record. LMU is only half a game behind the Bulldogs with a 9-3 record and could take over second place in the conference with a win on the road tonight.

The projected starters for LMU are sophomore guard Anthony Ireland, who is averaging 15.1 points per game, senior guard LaRon Armsteatd, who averages nine points per game, senior forward Drew Viney, who averages 15.7, junior forward Ashley Hamilton, who is averaging 11, and sophomore forward Godwin Okonji, who's averaging four points per game. For Gonzaga, the projected starters are guard Kevin Pangos, who averages 13.6 points per game, guard Gary Bell, who averages 9.9, guard Guy Landry, who averages 4.7, center Robert Sacre, who averages 11.7, and forward Elias Harris, who averages 13 points per game.

The last time these two team met was on Jan. 14 in Los Angeles and the Bulldogs beat the Lions by a score of 62-58. Gonzaga leads the series 57-21 and they've won the last four games in a row. The Bulldogs lead the Lions by a record of 32-6 at home and LMU hasn't beaten Gonzaga on the road since 1992.
