NFL Playoff Schedule 2012: Championship Round - Game Times, TV Broadcast Info, Announcers & More

It is Conference Championship weekend in the 2012 NFL postseason. There are two huge games coming up on Sunday, which both figure to be close and hotly contested.

First up is the AFC Championship Game. The New England Patriots hosting the Baltimore Ravens. A banged-up Tom Brady will try to cap off yet another amazing offensive season with another trip to the Super Bowl, while the Ravens will be trying to stifle the Pats with their at times overpowering defense to return to the biggest game in America.

Time: Kickoff is scheduled for 12:00 PM PT/ 3:00 PM ET at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts.

TV: The game will be televised on CBS and on NFL Red Zone. Your announcers for the game are Jim Nantz, Phil Simms and Steve Tasker.

Radio: If you have satellite radio, you can listen to the game on Sirius 86.

Betting Line: The Patriots are currently favored at anywhere from 7 to 9 points, according to our friends over at OddsShark. The over/under is 50 to 50.5 points.

Next up is the NFC Championship Game, pitting the hometown San Francisco 49ers against the New York Giants. This will be the historic eighth postseason meeting between these two teams. The 49ers have been underdogs for the entire season and many believe that a win in the NFC Championship Game and a trip to the Super Bowl will be the only way the team will be validated in the eyes of critics.

Time: The game will begin at 3:30 PM PT/ 6:30 PM ET from Candlestick Park in San Francisco.

TV: The game will be televised on FOX and on the NFL Red Zone channel. Your announcers will be Joe Buck, Troy Aikman, Pam Oliver and Chris Myers.

Radio: If you have satellite radio, you can listen to the game on Sirius 86.

Betting Line: The 49ers are the slimmest of favorites here, favored at 1.5 to 3 points over the visitors. The over/under is between 41.5 and 42.5.
