Dodgers Shuffle Starting Lineup, Rafael Furcal Still Out For Cardinals

The Los Angeles Dodgers begin a three-game series with the St. Louis Cardinals Monday night at Busch Stadium, and will do so with a new-look lineup, of sorts. For the first time all season, both Andre Ethier and Matt Kemp will start at somewhere other than third and fourth, respectively, in the batting order. Kemp has been moved to third and Ethier fifth for Monday's game. Here are the starting lineups:

Rafael Furcal is out for his third straight game, after spraining his thumb on Saturday in Chicago.
