Chevron World Challenge 2011: Tiger Woods Exudes Confidence In Post Round Interview Friday [VIDEO]

After Tiger Woods dropped a 5-under 67 on Friday at the Chevron World Challenge he spoke with the Golf Channel's Steve Sands, confidently noting that 67 was "the highest score he could have shot today."

Sands continues on with some of the highlights on Woods' round, as Tiger walks him through his thoughts with each shot. When asked about his putting grip, which he noticeably changed from his usual reverse-overlap grip to his regular grip that he would use with all his other clubs, which Tiger responded to with a smile:

"I switch back and forth. I watch Strick [Steve Stricker] putt and he does alright so I'm just kind of copying him."

Tiger has set himself up nicely to win his first tournament since 2009, though he was in a similar situation in this tourney last year and let Graeme McDowell sneak from behind and secure the victory. Tiger is very familiar with Sherwood Country Club, owning the course record of 62 shot back in 2007, hopefully we'll see some similar fireworks this weekend.
